摘 要:持续高温天气下空调负荷激增已成为广西电网迎峰度夏电力供应保障的难题。通过分析持续高温天气下广西电网负荷变化特性及空调用电负荷日内增长规律、比例及未来发展态势,结合广西水、火、核、气、风、光、储能和受送电多类型电源并存结构,分析各种电力电源有效顶峰能力,探索制定源、网、储、荷多源优化调度技术措施,挖掘电力多资源电力保供潜力,实现高温天气供电能力最大化目标。实践证明,采取多源优化措施可明显增加电力保供能力,有效化解持续高温天气下电力供需失衡较大风险,确保迎峰度夏电网安全稳定运行,全力支撑社会经济发展电力需求。The surge of air conditioning load in continuous high temperature weather has become a challenge for Guangxi power grid to ensure power supply during peak summer season.The effective peak capacity of various power sources is analyzed by analyzing the characteristics of load changes in Guangxi power grid under continuous high temperature weather,as well as the daily growth pattern,proportion,and future development trend of air conditioning electricity load,combined with the coexistence structure of multiple types of power sources in Guangxi including water,fire,nuclear,gas,wind,light,energy storage and power transmission.The multi-source optimization dispatching technical measures for source,grid,storage and load are developed to explore the potential of multi resource electricity supply and achieve the goal of maximizing power supply capacity during high temperature weather.Practice has proven that the adoption of the multi-source optimization measure can increase the power supply guarantee capacity significantly and resolve the significant risk of power supply and demand imbalance effectively under sustained high temperature weather,and ensure the secure and stable operation of the power grid during peak summer,and fully support the power demand for social and economic development.
