摘　　要：颅内动脉瘤发病率高,是造成自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的首位病因。颅内动脉瘤动物模型的制作日益成熟,在颅内动脉瘤的病因和介入材料等研究领域发挥了重要作用。文章对颅内动脉瘤动物模型的制作方法和动物的选择进行了综述。The incidence of intracranial aneurysms is high,which is the first cause of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage.The preparation of animal models for intracranial aneurysms is becoming increasingly mature,and has played an important role in research fields of etiology and intervention materials for intracranial aneurysms.This article reviews preparation methods and animal selection of animal model for intracranial aneurysms.
