摘　　要：肾上腺是除卵巢外合成和分泌类固醇激素最重要的器官,对于维持人体正常生理功能具有重要作用。肾上腺病变可引起与多囊卵巢综合征相似的激素变化和临床特征,尤其是排卵障碍、月经紊乱、生育力下降等性腺轴紊乱的表现。文章阐述了先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、库欣综合征、肾上腺皮质功能减退症等肾上腺疾病与女性不孕症的关系,以促进学科交叉融合,增加妇产科医生的知识储备。Adrenal gland is an important organ to synthesize and secrete steroid hormones in addition to ovary,and plays an essential role in normal physiological function.Adrenal diseases cause similar hormone changes and clinical characteristics with polycystic ovary syndrome,especially in the manifestation of the gonadal axis disorders,ovulation disorder,menstrual disorder and impaired fertility.This paper elaborates the relation of congenital adrenal hyperplasia,Cushing syndrome,adrenocortical insufficiency and female infertility,in order to promote interdisciplinary fusion and build the knowledge reserve of obstetricians and gynecologists.
