基于价值流图的玩具生产过程优化研究

摘　　要：在制造企业中,生产流程是其中一个重要的环节。文章以M公司A玩具的生产过程为研究对象,通过收集相关数据绘制其现状价值流图,识别当前生产中存在的增值率低、转款时间长、在制品库存多等问题。以解决上述问题为目标,绘制未来价值流图,通过运用快速转款及鱼骨图等方法对注塑、装饰以及装配车间进行精益化改善,提高玩具全过程生产流程的增值比。研究发现,价值流图在生产流程中可以有效进行优化,为其他制造业提供可借鉴之处。In manufacturing enterprises,the production process is one of the important links.This paper takes the production process of toy A in company M as the research object,and draws its current Value Stream Mapping by collecting relevant data to identify problems existing in the current production,such as low value-added rate,long fund transfer time and large inventory of WIP.In order to solve the above problems,the future Value Stream Mapping is drawn,and the injection molding,decoration and assembly workshop are improved by using the methods of fast fund transfer and fishbone diagram,so as to improve the value-added ratio of the whole production process of toys.Research has found that the Value Stream Mapping can be effectively optimized in the production process,which can provide reference for other manufacturing industries.
