青藏高原高寒区植物叶片性状对模拟增温的响应

摘  要:气候变化对青藏高原高寒区生态系统带来潜在风险,而植物叶片性状能反映出植物对气候变化的响应过程和机制。本研究在青海海北高寒草甸群落采用自由空气红外加热法模拟增温,以高寒草甸8种主要植物叶片为对象,研究了增温对8种植物叶片性状的影响。结果表明:经过8年模拟增温,部分植物的叶片大小、叶脉密度、叶脉率、比叶质量、叶片碳同位素千分值等5种性状发生显著的变化,而碳氮含量和碳氮比没有显著的变化。植物叶片大小比植物其他叶片性状对温度变化的响应更敏感。增温对叶片性状具有显著的长期影响,但不同植物叶片性状的响应方向和程度存在显著差异。增温对不同分布类型和叶脉类型植物的叶片性状的影响存在差异。植物应对环境变化的对策多样,这表现在不同植物的同一性状对于气候的差异化响应,同时也表现在同种植物不同性状对于气候变化的协同响应。Climate change may bring huge potential risks to alpine ecosystems of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Leaf traits can reflect the process and mechanisms of plant response to climate change.In this study,a free-air infrared heating method was used to simulate temperature increasing in Haibei alpine meadow in Qinghai.The effects of temperature increasing on eight leaf traits of eight species in an alpine meadow were examined.The results showed that five traits of some plants,including leaf size,vein length per area,vein mass per leaf mass,leaf mass per area,and leaf carbon isotope discrimination,changed significantly after eight years of warming,while the change of carbon-nitrogen content and carbon-nitrogen ratio was not significant.Leaf size was more sensitive to temperature changes than other traits.Increasing temperature had a significant long-term effect on leaf traits,but there were significant differences in the direction and degree of the responses of different traits.There were differences in the effects of warming on leaf traits of species with different distribution types and leaf vein types.Plants showed diverse responses to environmental changes,which were manifested in the differential response of the same traits of different plant species to climate.At the same time,they are also manifested in the coordinated responses of different traits of the same species to climate change.
