摘  要:皮肤是人体最大的器官,具有多种生理功能,对人体健康至关重要。然而,皮肤经常面临外部环境压力,常常导致创伤、感染、炎症和肿瘤等问题。近年来,两栖动物生物活性肽因具有抗氧化、促进伤口愈合、抗感染、抗炎和抗癌等作用,在治疗皮肤损伤中展现出巨大的研究和应用潜力,是开发皮肤科新药的宝库。本文综述了两栖动物生物活性肽对皮肤的保护作用及其未来应用的可能性,为两栖动物生物活性肽在治疗皮肤损伤方面的研究提供参考。Skin is the largest organ of the human body,which has a variety of physiological functions and is very important to human health.However,the skin is often faced with external environmental pressure,which often leads to trauma,infection,inflammation and tumors.Amphibian bioactive peptides have emerged as promising candidates for skin injury treatment due to their diverse effects including antioxidation,promotion of wound healing,anti-infection,anti-inflammation,and anticancer properties.Consequently,they represent a valuable resource for novel drug development within dermatology.This review explores the protective capabilities of amphibian bioactive peptides on the skin and assesses their potential for future therapeutic applications,aiming to provide a basic reference for further research on amphibian bioactive peptides in the treatment of skin injuries.
