摘 要:目的建立X射线荧光光谱法快速检测谷物碾磨加工品中铅、总砷、镉、铬、总汞含量的方法。方法选择谷物碾磨加工品中小麦粉典型基质,制备成含有一定量5种重金属标准样品,利用标准样品建立基质标准曲线,外标法定量,实现对实际样品的检测。结果5种重金属在一定的线性范围内均呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r^(2))均大于0.99;方法中铅、总砷、镉定量限为0.10 mg/kg,铬定量限为0.50 mg/kg,总汞定量限为0.05 mg/kg;方法精密度、重复性、稳定性能够满足快检需求;5种重金属在0.2、0.4与1.5 mg/kg 3个浓度水平的加标回收率为81.4%~95.4%;对X射线荧光光谱法与国家标准检测结果进行比较,相对误差小于15%。结论本研究建立的方法简便、快捷、准确性高,适宜对谷物碾磨加工品中5种重金属进行快速检测。Objective To establish a rapid method for determination the content of lead,total arsenic,cadmium,chromium and total mercury in grain milling products by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Methods The typical matrix of wheat flour in grain milling products was selected to prepare the standard sample containing a certain amount of 5 heavy metals.The standard curve of matrix was established by using the standard sample,and the quantitative method was used to detect the actual sample.Results All the 5 kinds of heavy metals showed good linear relationship within a certain linear range,and the linear correlation coefficient(r^(2))was greater than 0.99.The limits of quantification for lead,total arsenic and cadmium were 0.10 mg/kg,the limit of quantification for chromium was 0.50 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification for total mercury was 0.05 mg/kg.The precision,repeatability and stability of the method could meet the requirements of fast inspection.The recoveries of 5 kinds of heavy metals at three concentration levels of 0.2,0.4 and 1.5 mg/kg were 81.4%-95.4%.The relative error of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was less than 15%compared with that of national standard.Conclusion The method established in this study is simple,fast and accurate,and is suitable for the rapid detection of 5 kinds of heavy metals in grain milling products.
