高温连铸坯表面氧化层生长动力学分析

摘  要:连铸坯表面氧化层对钢产品质量造成了严重的影响,同时给铸坯表面辐射测温带来了不可忽视的误差,为探明高温连铸坯表面氧化层生长规律,通过热重试验研究了X70钢、Y55钢和304不锈钢的氧化动力学和氧化层厚度。结果表明,X70钢的氧化速率在1000℃时迅速升高,而Y55钢和304不锈钢的氧化速率在1100℃时迅速升高。X70钢、Y55钢和304不锈钢氧化速率的指前因子分别为e^(10.7)、e^(11.58)和e^(30.15),氧化层表观活化能分别为196879.7 J/mol、207608.1 J/mol和469284.3 J/mol。为了预测板坯表面氧化层厚度,建立了板坯表面恒、变温氧化数学模型。研究结果为连铸工艺过程中氧化层厚度的预测提供了理论依据。The surface oxidation layer on continuous casting slabs has a significant impact on the quality of steel products and can introduce considerable errors in surface radiation temperature measurement.In order to explore the growth law of surface oxidation layers on high-temperature continuous casting slabs,the oxidation kinetics and thickness of oxidation layers for X70 steel,Y55 steel,and 304 stainless steel were studied.The results show that the oxidation rate of X70 steel rapidly increases at 1000℃,while the oxidation rates of Y55 steel and 304 stainless steel rapidly increase at 1100℃.The pre-exponential factors for X70 steel,Y55 steel,and 304 stainless steel are e^(10.7),e^(11.58),and e^(30.15),respectively,with apparent activation energies of 196879.7 J/mol,207608.1 J/mol,and 469284.3 J/mol.To predict the thickness of the oxidation layer on slab surfaces,mathematical models for constant and variable temperature oxidation of slab surfaces were established.The research results provide a theoretical basis for predicting the thickness of oxidation layers during the continuous casting process.
