摘 要:针对传统保护渣浇铸高钛钢时钢渣反应引起TiO_(2)增加和渣变性的问题,采用旋转黏度测量仪、半球点测量仪、FactSage热力学计算及结晶原位观察等方法,研究了Al_(2)O_(3)代替SiO_(2)对反应后高钛钢保护渣的流动、熔化和结晶特性的影响,以成分变化对含TiO_(2)保护渣的性能进行调控。研究表明,当渣中TiO_(2)质量分数为12%、Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数由0%增加到12%时,保护渣的黏度由0.14 Pa·s增加至1.34 Pa·s,保护渣的熔化温度由1 095℃增加至1 172℃,黏流活化能由128.4 kJ/mol增加至389.1 kJ/mol。当Al_(2)O_(3)代替SiO_(2)由0%增加到10%时,保护渣的二元碱度也由0.72增加到1.0,热力学计算的熔渣初始析晶矿相均为CaTiO_(3),其次析出矿相均为枪晶石;当Al_(2)O_(3)代替SiO_(2)为12%时,碱度升高到1.08,其次析出矿相转变为NCA2;而Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数为4%~12%时,XRD检测的空冷渣中结晶相均为CaTiO_(3);渣中Al_(2)O_(3)由0%增加到12%时的完全结晶温度由728℃增加至1 214℃。因此,本文研究含TiO_(2)保护渣中,Al_(2)O_(3)代替SiO_(2)使保护渣黏度、熔点和结晶性能显著增加,为保证保护渣在连铸中的润滑性,可适当降低熔渣中的Al_(2)O_(3)含量;为了提高保护渣的控制传热能力,则可适当增加渣中的Al_(2)O_(3)含量。Aiming at the problem of TiO_(2) increase and slag denaturation caused by steel-slag reaction in traditional mold slags for the casting of high titanium steel.In this study,rotational viscosity measurement,hemisphere point measurement,FactSage thermodynamic calculation and in-situ crystallization observation are conducted.The effect of Al_(2)O_(3) substituting SiO_(2) on the flow,melting and crystallization characteristics of the mold slags of high titanium steel after reaction was studied in order to regulate the properties of the TiO_(2)-containing mold slags through the change of composition.Results show that when the TiO_(2) content in the slag is 12%,and the Al_(2)O_(3) content increases from 0%to 12%,the viscosity of the slag increases from 0.14 Pa·s to 1.34 Pa·s,and the melting temperature of the slag increases from 1095℃to 1172℃.The activation energy of viscous flow increased from 128.4 kJ/mol to 389.1 kJ/mol.When Al_(2)O_(3) replaces SiO_(2) from 0%to 10%,the binary alkalinity of the slag also increases from 0.72 to 1.0.The initial crystallization phase of the slag calculated by thermodynamics is CaTiO_(3),followed by the precipitation phase is cuspidine.When Al_(2)O_(3) replaces SiO_(2) at 12%,the basicity rises to 1.08,and then the precipitated phase changes to NCA2.When the Al_(2)O_(3) content is 4%-12%,the crystalline phase in the air-cooled slag detected by XRD is CaTiO_(3).When Al_(2)O_(3) in slag increases from 0%to 12%,the complete crystallization temperature increases from 728℃to 1214℃.Therefore,in the TiO_(2)-containing mold slag discussed in this study,the replacement of SiO_(2) by Al_(2)O_(3) will cause a significant increase in the viscosity,melting point and crystallization properties of the mold slag.In order to ensure the lubrication of the mold slag on the slab during the continuous casting,the content of Al_(2)O_(3) in the slag should be decreased when the traditional calcium-silicon mold slag is used to cast high titanium steel.The content of Al_(2)O_(3) in the slag should be
