摘  要:针对汽车货车钢板弹簧,以其载荷和安装条件为设计依据,采用复合材料板簧替代钢板弹簧,以实现提高货车板簧疲劳使用寿命以及货车轻量化减重目标。完成了复合材料板簧簧身,端部连接结构以及中部连接结构的设计,通过对树脂和工艺的选择,确定了板簧制造的树脂牌号和成型工艺,然后结合铺层设计进行了有限元仿真分析,最后进行台架性能测试评定,验证有限元仿真模拟结果,获得最佳的复合材料板簧设计制作方法,制得的复合材料板簧的强度和刚度均满足要求且减重超过50%。Aiming at the leaf spring of automobile truck,based on its load and installation conditions,the composite leaf spring was used to replace the leaf spring,so as to improve the fatigue service life of the leaf spring and reduce the weight of the truck.The designs of the spring body,end connection structure and middle connection structure were completed.Through the selection of resin and process,the resin grade and molding process of leaf spring manufacturing were determined,and then the finite element simulation analysis was carried out in combination with the layer design.Finally,the bench performance tests were carried out to verify the finite element simulation results,and the best composite leaf spring design and production method were obtained.The strength and stiffness of the composite material leaf spring produced met the requirements and the weight reduction exceeded 50%.
