摘　　要：根据高原隧道钻爆法施工机械配套需求,开发出一款满足高原隧道内外施工需求的CLG 921ETN型高原隧道履带式液压挖掘机。介绍CLG 921ETN型高原隧道挖掘机的主要性能参数、结构组成及特点,针对高原隧道工况特点对整机作业效率、可靠性和安全防护需求进行创新性优化设计。测试结果和实际应用表明,该机可满足高原隧道复杂环境及恶劣工况的作业需求。Based on the supporting demand for drilling-blasting construction machinery for plateau tunnels,model CLG 921ETN plateau tunnel crawler hydraulic excavator is developed to meet the needs of both internal and external construction of plateau tunnels.The main performance parameters,structural composition and characteristics of the CLG 921ETN plateau tunnel excavator are introduced,and innovative optimization design is carried out for the overall operational efficiency,reliability and safeguarding requirements based on the characteristics of plateau tunnel working conditions.The test results and practical applications show that the excavator can meet the operational requirements of complex environments and harsh working conditions of plateau tunnels.
