摘 要:针对通用型移液平台任务低延迟约束和及时调度的问题,首先参考计算机操作系统作业调度的相关研究,提出基于任务延迟时间的动态优先级的任务调度算法;然后通过数据实验对比采用五种动态优先级函数的调度算法,并与固定优先级调度算法对比;最后基于随机项目集比较不同动态优先级函数运行时的平均相对任务延迟结果.研究结果表明:采用Leaky ReLU函数作为动态优先级函数的调度算法性能最优,其服务能力比采用固定优先级时高14.47%.Aiming at the project scheduling problem in the working process of the general-purpose liquid handling and automation platform,whose jobs should be completed with a low-latency,by referring to the relevant research on computer operating system job scheduling,a scheduling algorithm suitable for liquid pipetting platforms was first proposed based on dynamic priority.Then,the scheduling algorithms with five different dynamic priority functions were compared with the fixed priority scheduling algorithm in data experiments.Finally,results of the average relative job latency on random project datasets under different dynamic priority functions were compared.Research results show that the scheduling algorithm with the Leaky ReLU dynamic priority function has the best performance,whose service capability is 14.47%higher than that with the fixed priority.
