摘 要:在综合前人研究的基础上,探讨了教师热情对学生阅读乐趣的影响机制,并应用多层次分析的方法重点考察了学校层次因素的调节作用。通过分析PISA 2018数据,发现个体感知的教师学科热情、教学热情与学生阅读乐趣之间存在显著正向关系,异质性分析结果显示此影响效应对于弱势学生群体来说更为凸显,教师支持在教师热情与阅读乐趣间发挥着部分中介作用。而在学校层次,教师学科热情氛围对学生阅读乐趣产生显著正向影响,且进一步分析揭示了学校层次的氛围变量存在着跨层的正向调节效应。为此,培养学生的阅读乐趣需提高教师的学科与教学热情,培育和维护一个充满热情的教师教科研环境,多途径发展教师提供学习支持的能力。On the basis of comprehensive previous research, this paper explores the impact mechanism of teachers' enthusiasm on students' reading enjoyment, and applies multi-level analysis method to focus on the moderating effect of school-level factors. By analyzing the PISA 2018 data, it was found that there is a significant positive relationship between individually perceived teachers' subject enthusiasm, teaching enthusiasm and students' reading enjoyment. Teacher support plays a partial mediating role between teacher enthusiasm and reading enjoyment. At the school level, teachers' subject enthusiasm has a significant positive impact on students' reading enjoyment. Further analysis revealed that school subjects and teaching atmosphere have cross-level effects on individual perceptions and school-level factors, which provides a new perspective and practical starting point for us to deeply understand the impact of educational environment on students' reading pleasure. To this end, cultivating students' reading pleasure requires improving teachers' subject and teaching enthusiasm, cultivating and maintaining a passionate teaching and research environment, and developing teachers' ability to provide learning support in multiple ways.
