摘 要:民办教育机构作为我国优质教育服务的重要补充,是政府购买教育服务活动中的主要承接主体。教育经济制度变革、教育经济结构调整、国家教育经费持续投入和家庭教育消费结构变化为政府购买民办教育服务带来了经济机会,但地方经济发展水平差异性、地方教育财政投入不足、地方政府财力不足和教育投资结构不平衡等经济风险,无疑又会阻滞政府购买民办教育服务活动的顺利推进。Private educational institutions,as the important supplement for high-quality education services in China,are the main undertaking subjects in the government’s purchase of education services.The reform of education economic system,the adjustment of education economic structure,the continuous investment of national education funds,and the change of family education consumption structure,all these factors have brought economic opportunities for the government to purchase private education services.However,there also exist some economic risks such as the difference in local economic development level,the insufficiency of local financial investment in education,the economic weakness of local government,and the imbalance of education investment structure.Undoubtedly,these factors may hinder the smooth progress of the government’s purchase of private education services.
