摘 要:为了改善AGV小车的车身质量水平,文章通过有限元手段,建立了车身的整体模型,并使用仿真软件来进行车身轻量化分析,在满足车身强度的情况下,尽量减轻了车身重量。优化后车身的整体变形和应力都比较均匀,变形量差异很小,经过优化后的车身其强度设计相比于优化前的设计比较均匀,尽量减轻了车身的重量。优化后车身体积减少了54.9%,重量减轻84%,大大减轻了车身的重量和体积,进一步增加了车身内部空间,同时车身的减重也可以提高AGV小车的整体续航,降低了生产成本。In order to improve the quality level of the AGV car body,this article establishes an overall model of the body through finite element method,and uses simulation software to conduct lightweight analysis of the body.While meeting the requirements of body strength,the body weight is minimized as much as possible.The overall deformation and stress of the optimized car body are relatively uniform,with little difference in deformation.The strength design of the optimized car body is relatively uniform compared to the pre optimized design,and the weight of the car body is minimized as much as possible.After optimization,the body volume was reduced by 54.9%and the weight was reduced by 84%,greatly reducing the weight and volume of the body,further increasing the internal space of the body.At the same time,the weight reduction of the body can also improve the overall range of the AGV car,reducing production costs.
