高职教育国际化人才培养高质量发展的现实困境与破解路径——以湖南省为例

摘  要:高职教育国际化是我国经济社会高质量发展的重要组成部分。人才培养是高职教育国际化高质量发展的重要抓手。通过对相关数据统计分析发现,湖南省高职教育国际化人才培养成绩斐然,但也存在国际化整体水平不高、缺乏国际化人才培养高质量发展的顶层设计、国际化活动效率不高及国际化师资数量短缺等问题。建议从完善顶层设计、推进国际化师资队伍建设、多渠道提升湖南省高职教育国际影响力及深化留学生教育教学改革等方面实施改进,从而实现湖南省高职教育国际化人才的高质量发展。Internationalization of higher vocational education is an important component of China's high-quality economic and social development.Talents cultivation is an important lever for high-quality development of the internationalization of higher vocational education.Through the statistical analysis of relevant data,it is found that Hunan has achieved remarkable results in the cultivation of international talents in higher vocational education.However,there are still problems such as low overall internationalization level,lack of top-level design for high-quality development of international talents cultivation,low efficiency of international activities and shortage of international teaching staff.It is suggested to improve the top-level design,promote the construction of international teaching staff,enhance the international influence of higher vocational education in Hunan through multiple channels and deepen the reform of education and teaching for international students,so as to achieve the high-quality development of international talents cultivation of higher vocational education in Hunan.
