摘　　要：在党的二十大报告中,习近平总书记首次提出“三个务必”。“三个务必”的提出既是党领导人民站起来、富起来、强起来的必然趋势,同时也是顺应实现第二个百年奋斗目标新征程的发展趋势。“三个务必”内涵丰富、逻辑严密、彼此呼应,彰显出新时代建设社会主义现代化强国过程中,中国共产党人的奋斗目标、动力源泉、作风修养、精神面貌的集中统一。“三个务必”是中国共产党人牢记初心使命的重要体现,凸显了百年大党对理想信念的执着坚守、慎终如始的忧患意识和永不懈怠的进取精神。“三个务必”孕育于党的百年奋斗征程之中,形成于新时代取得的历史性成就、发生的历史性变革之中,既昭示出中国共产党人勇于自我革命的胆识和魄力,又体现了百年大党常戒常新的优良作风,是新时代新征程中国共产党走好新的赶考之路的重要遵循。“三个务必”映射出百年大党对于执政规律、党的建设规律的深刻认识,对于面向第二个百年奋斗目标新征程上全党统一思想、统一意志、统一行动,在成绩面前保持清醒和坚定,在困难面前敢于斗争、善于斗争,推进中国式现代化行稳致远具有重大的历史意义和现实价值。In the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the“Three Imperatives”for the first time.The proposal of the“Three Imperatives”is not only an inevitable trend for the Party to lead its people to stand up,get rich and get strong,but also a development trend in line with the new journey to realize the Second Centenary Goal.The“Three Imperatives”are rich in connotation,logical,and echo each other,showing the unity of the CPC people’s goal,source of motivation,and style of spirituality in the process of building a great modern socialist country in the new era.The“Three Imperatives”are an important embodiment of the CPC’s mission of remembering the original heart,highlighting the centuries-old party’s persistent adherence to ideals and beliefs,its sense of concern for the end as if it were the beginning,and its enterprising spirit of never slackening off.The“Three Imperatives”were conceived in the Party’s century-long struggle and formed in the historic achievements and changes of the new era,which not only shows the courage and boldness of the CPC in self-revolution,but also embodies the excellent style of the century-old Party of constant vigilance,and is an important guideline for the CPC to take the new road of catching up in the new era and new journey.It is an important guideline for the CPC in the new era and new journey.The“Three Imperatives”map out the profound understanding of the century-old Party of the laws of governance and Party construction,and are of great historical significance and practical value for the Party to unify its thoughts,will and actions on the new journey towards the Second Centenary goal,to remain sober and firm in the face of achievements,and to be bold and adept at struggle in the face of difficulties,so as to push forward Chinese modernization in a steady manner and to the end.It is of great historical significance and practical value.
