摘 要:通过对临终健康素养的内涵、相关概念和评估工具的阐释,以及各层次临终健康素养影响因素及其促进方式的总结与分析,发现临终健康素养的养成有助于安宁疗护的普及,降低临终决策冲突。未来应结合我国文化背景,内化其内涵,拓展量表的文化适用性和客观性,探索我国居民临终健康素养现状及其内在机理。此外,还应结合不同的健康传播类型,设计由浅入深的、系统化的内容,探索智能设备或技术与临终健康素养的融合路径,增进传播深入性和持续性,促进临终健康素养的社会性养成。Through elucidating the connotation,related concepts,and assessment tools of end-of-life health literacy,as well as summarizing and analyzing the influencing factors and promotion methods of end-of-life health literacy at different levels,it is found that the cultivation of end-of-life health literacy contributes to the popularization of palliative care and reduces conflicts in end-of-life decision-making.In the future,studies should take the Chinese cultural context into its connotation,expand the cultural applicability and objectivity of assessment scales,and explore the current status and intrinsic mechanism of Chinese residents'end-of-life health literacy.In addition,it is important to design systematic content that progresses from shallow to deep,combining different types of health communication,and to explore the integration pathways of intelligent devices or technology with end-of-life health literacy.This will enhance the depth and continuity of communication and promote the social cultivation of end-of-life health literacy.
