摘 要:传统淋巴瘤的疾病诊断和复发监测依赖于病理活组织检查和影像学检查,但各有其局限性,难以满足淋巴瘤患者个体化管理的需求。循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)是来源于肿瘤细胞的片段DNA。基于ctDNA的液体活组织检查是一种创新性技术,具有灵敏度高、特异度强、创伤性小、实时性和可重复性等优点,在淋巴瘤患者的诊断、基因分型、预后判断、疗效评估、指导治疗、复发监测和耐药机制探索等方面具有应用潜力。现就基于二代测序技术动态监测ctDNA在淋巴瘤患者中的研究进展进行综述。Traditional disease diagnosis and recurrence monitoring of lymphoma rely on pathological biopsy and imaging,however,each of these methods has its own limitations,making it difficult to meet the needs of individualized management of lymphoma patients.Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)are the DNA fragments originating from the tumor cells.Liquid biopsy based on ctDNA has emerged as an innovative approach with the advantages of high sensitivity,high specificity,minimal-invasiveness,real-time and repeatability,sharing the great potential for disease diagnosis,genotyping,prognosis judgment,efficacy assessment,directing treatment options,surveillance of relapse and exploration of drug-resistance mechanisms in lymphoma patients.This article reviews the progress of next-generation sequencing-based dynamic monitoring of ctDNA in lymphoma patients.
