摘 要:社会经济的发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的人选择饲养宠物。受疫情影响,人宠相处成为习惯,后疫情时代由于人们对宠物关注度提高,促进了情感消费,宠物智能产品成为宠物主们了解和照顾宠物的重要工具。文章以宠物智能监控为例,研究如何通过情感化设计增强宠物智能产品的用户体验。并得出宠物智能产品中的情感化设计可以提升用户的满意度和情感连接感,同时可以为用户提供更为丰富、有意义的人宠互动体验。The development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,more and more people choose to keep pets.Affected by the epidemic,people and pets get along with each other as a habit,and the post-epidemic era promotes emotional consumption due to people's increased attention to pets,and pet smart products have become an important tool for pet owners to understand and take care of their pets.The article takes pet intelligent monitoring as an example to study how to enhance the user experience of pet intelligent products through emotional design.It also concludes that emotional design in pet smart products can enhance user satisfaction and sense of emotional connection,and at the same time can provide users with a richer and moremeaningfulexperience of human-pet interaction.
