摘　　要：下颌第三磨牙拔除术后常见肿胀、疼痛和出血等,而出现皮下气肿、纵隔气肿是临床上比较少见的并发症,本文报道了1例下颌第三磨牙拔除术引起皮下气肿合并纵隔气肿的患者,分析原因,并讨论诊疗、鉴别诊断及预防措施,以期对临床医师的处理提供帮助。The postoperative symptoms of mandibular third molar extraction commonly include swelling,pain,and bleeding,while subcutaneous emphysema and mediastinal emphysema are relatively rare.This article reported a case of subcutaneous emphysema combined with mediastinal emphysema resulted from mandibular third molar extraction.The causes,diagnosis and treatment,differential diagnosis,as well as preventive measures were analyzed and discussed in order to provide valuable guidance for clinicians.
