摘 要:复合树脂是窝洞充填最常用的材料,但其固化过程中发生聚合收缩常导致复合树脂修复体和牙体组织界面产生微渗漏,影响充填疗效。本文回顾了复合树脂修复体边缘微渗漏检测方法的相关研究,分析比较了各种检测方法的优点和局限性,总结归纳了各种检测方法的最新应用情况,以期为复合树脂充填疗效的评估提供科学依据。Composite resin has become the most commonly used restorative material for cavity filling,but the polymerization shrinkage during its curing process often leads to microleakage between composite resin restorations and the tooth interface,which affects the efficacy of the filling.This article reviewed the relevant research on marginal microleakage detection methods for composite resin restorations,analysed and compared the advantages and limitations of different detection methods,and summarized the latest applications of different detection methods to provide a scientific basis for evaluating the efficacy of composite resin fillings.
