摘　　要：城市基层社区治理是实现国家治理现代化的基础工程,近年来各地社区不断创新治理手段以提升基层社区治理效能.从复杂网络理论视角出发,运用扎根理论,借助Nvivo12.0软件对历年来民政部公布的城市基层社区治理优秀案例进行分析,研究发现,适应机制、协同机制、网络机制是实现基层社区治理创新的三大机制,其中适应机制是城市基层社区治理创新的基础机制,协同机制是城市基层社区治理创新的关键机制,网络机制是城市基层社区治理的保障机制.实现城市基层社区治理的创新,要运用适应机制助力开拓基层社区治理创新基础,加强协同机制实现基层社区治理资源共享,利用网络机制促进基层社区治理走向智治.Urban grass-roots community governance is a fundamental project for modernizing national governance.In recent years,communities around the world have continued to innovate governance means in order to improve the effectiveness of grassroots community governance.From the perspective of complex network theory,using the rooted theory and analyzing the excellent cases of urban grassroots community governance published by the Ministry of Civil Affairs over the years with the help of Nvivo 12.0,adaptation,synergy and networking mechanisms are found to be the three main mechanisms for realizing innovations in grass-roots community governance,among which the adaptation mechanism is the basic mechanism of urban grassroots community governance innovation,the synergy mechanism is the The adaptation mechanism is the basic mechanism of urban grassroots community governance innovation,the synergy mechanism is the key mechanism of urban grassroots community governance innovation,and the network mechanism is the guarantee mechanism of urban grassroots community governance.In order to realize the innovation of urban grassroots community governance,it is necessary to use the adaptation mechanism to help open up the foundation of grassroots community governance innovation,strengthen the synergy mechanism to realize the sharing of resources for grassroots community governance,and utilize the network mechanism to promote grassroots community governance towards wise governance.
