血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平变化评估非小细胞肺癌患者的临床分期研究

摘　　要：探讨血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平变化对评估非小细胞肺癌患者临床分期的意义.回顾性选取广西壮族自治区民族医院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为观察组,TNM分期:Ⅲ~Ⅳ期40例,Ⅰ~Ⅱ期20例,同期选取60例健康体检者作为对照组,整理与分析所有患者的临床资料.结果显示,观察组不同分期的患者一般资料比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平高于对照组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析,血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平变化与临床分期呈正相关关系(P<0.05).研究发现,非小细胞肺癌患者的血清肿瘤标志物、炎症因子水平较高,且随着分期进展其变化越显著,同时与临床分期呈正相关关系.Exploring the signifi cance of changes in serum tumor markers and infl ammatory factor levels in evaluating clinical staging of non-small cell lung cancer patients.Retrospective selection of 60 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Ethnic Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as the observation group,with TNM staging of stage III-IV in 40 cases and stage I-II in 20 cases.During the same period,60 healthy examinees were selected as the control group,and clinical data of all patients were sorted and analyzed.The results showed that there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence(P>0.05)in the general information of patients with diff erent stages in the observation group;The levels of serum tumor markers and infl ammatory factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of serum tumor markers and infl ammatory factors in stage III-IV patients were higher than those in stage I-II patients(P<0.05);According to Pearson correlation analysis,changes in serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors levels were positively correlated with clinical staging(P<0.05).Research has found that non-small cell lung cancer patients have higher levels of serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors,and their changes become more significant with the progression of staging,while showing a positive correlation with clinical staging.
