摘 要:研究下颌阻生牙治疗中高速涡轮机+微创拔牙挺疗法的应用效果.选择2021年1月-2023年6月于清镇市第一人民医院治疗下颌阻生牙的50例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组、对照组两组,每组各25例.对照组采取超声波切削技术,研究组实施高速涡轮机+微创拔牙挺疗法,对比不同治疗方式的效果.结果显示,研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术后,研究组疼痛程度低于对照组,张口度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、术中出血量等指标优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组牙窝完整性、骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组骨代谢因子水平优于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,采取高速涡轮机+微创拔牙挺的联合疗法治疗下颌阻生牙患者,可减轻其疼痛感,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,优化治疗效果.Study the application effect of high-speed turbine combined with minimally invasive tooth extraction therapy in the treatment of mandibular impacted teeth.Fifty patients with mandibular impaction treated at the First People’s Hospital of Qingzhen from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the study group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group adopted ultrasonic cutting technology,while the research group implemented high-speed turbine+minimally invasive tooth extraction therapy,and compared the effects of different treatment methods.The results showed that the treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After surgery,the pain level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the degree of mouth opening was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The study group had better surgical time and intraoperative bleeding than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The integrity of dental sockets and bone density in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of bone metabolic factors in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination therapy of high-speed turbine and minimally invasive tooth extraction can alleviate pain,shorten surgical time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,lower the incidence of complications,and optimize treatment outcomes in patients with mandibular impaction.
