丁螺环酮联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者临床疗效、精神症状、BMI及泌乳素水平的影响研究

摘　　要：探讨丁螺环酮联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者临床疗效、精神症状、BMI及泌乳素水平的影响.选取2021年6月-2022年5月北京市大兴区心康医院收治的80例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例.对照组患者接受阿立哌唑治疗,研究组患者接受丁螺环酮联合阿立哌唑治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的各项精神症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的BMI水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后,研究组患者的PRL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).研究发现,丁螺环酮联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者效果明显,可有效改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率.Exploring the effects of buspirone combined with aripiprazole on clinical efficacy,psychiatric symptoms,BMI,and prolactin levels in patients with schizophrenia.80 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Beijing Daxing District Xinkang Hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with aripiprazole,while the study group received treatment with buspirone combined with aripiprazole.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of various mental symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the BMI level of the study group patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the PRL levels of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that the combination of buspirone and aripiprazole has a significant effect on the treatment of schizophrenia,effectively improving clinical symptoms and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
