摘  要:一系橡胶转臂节点在车辆运行中既要传递车辆的纵向力,同时又要提供合适的横向定位刚度给一系悬挂,因此橡胶转臂节点性能的优劣直接会影响到车辆的动力学性能。在一系橡胶转臂节点其设计制造中,其径向刚度和轴向刚度的匹配,即径轴刚度比是设计的关键点,同时也是难点。本文所述转臂节点总成结构为组装式结构,径向刚度由橡胶球铰节点承担,横向刚度由橡胶垫承担,使得整个转臂节点总成的径向刚度和横向刚度可以分开设计研制,互不影响。The primary rubber rotating arm joint not only needs to transmit the longitudinal force of the vehicle during operation,but also provide appropriate lateral positioning stiffness to the primary suspension.Therefore,the performance of the rubber rotating arm joint directly affects the dynamic performance of the vehicle.During the design and manufacturing of the primary rubber rotating arm joint,the matching of radial stiffness and axial stiffness,or the stiffness ratio between them,is a crucial and challenging aspect.The structure of the rotating arm joint assembly described in this paper adopts an assembled design,with the radial stiffness being borne by the rubber spherical hinge joint and the lateral stiffness being borne by the rubber pad.This allows the radial stiffness and lateral stiffness of the entire rotating arm joint assembly to be designed and developed separately,without affecting each other.
