摘 要:以杨木单板为原料制备高性能特种重组木,重点探讨单板厚度对重组木性能的影响。结果表明,单板越薄,重组木及其内部单板表芯层密度差异越小,耐水性能也越好,但是垂直层向的抗压强度越低;0.7 mm单板制备重组木的静曲强度最高,为203.3 MPa,0.7 mm和1.0 mm单板制备重组木的弹性模量高于1.3 mm和1.8 mm单板制备重组木。High-performance scrimber was prepared using poplar veneer,and the effect of veneer thickness on the properties of scrimer was investigated.The results showed that as the thickness of the veneer increases,the thinner the veneer,the smaller the density difference between the surface and core layer of scrimber and its internal veneer,and the better the water resistance,however,the compressive strength in the vertical layer direction was lower.The MOR of scrimber prepared from 0.7 mm veneer was the highest,which was 203.3 MPa.The MOE of scrimber prepared from 0.7 mm and 1.0 mm veneer was higher than that prepared from 1.3 mm and 1.8 mm veneer.
