摘　　要：针对传统家具转角处弧形柜圆弧顶/底线制造过程耗时长、可加工的弧度受限以及产品质量不稳定等问题,以PVC为基材制作圆弧顶/底线,并分别在PVC条和顶/底板上开榫、开槽,通过榫卯结构实现圆弧顶/底线与顶/底板连接,简化了转角处弧形柜子顶/底线制作过程,提高了生产效率,提升了其结构的稳定性和环保性。PVC was used as the base material for manufacturing curved top/bottom lines in traditional furniture,addressing issues such as time-consuming manufacturing processes,limited achievable curvature,and inconsistent product quality.By employing PVC strips and opening tenons and slots on both the PVC strips and top/bottom boards,a mortise and tenon structure was created to connect the curved top/bottom lines with the top/bottom boards.This simplified the manufacturing process of curved top/bottom lines for corner cabinets and improved production efficiency.It also enhanced the stability and environmental friendliness of the structure.
