浅析影响砂光机主运动辊振动精度的因素

摘　　要：人造板砂光质量要求越来越高:一方面是对砂光板厚精度、砂光板面质量的要求;一方面是对砂光机性能持续稳定性的要求。砂光机中影响砂光质量的主要部件是高速主运动辊的振动精度,本文对影响主运动辊振动精度的因素进行了全面分析,并给出了解决的技术方案。The requirements for the quality of wood-based panels sanding are getting higher and higher.One is a high requirements for the thickness accuracy and surface quality of sanding boards.The other is a high demand for sustained stability of the performance of the sander.The main component of sander that affects the quality of sanding is the vibration accuracy of the highspeed main rotary roller.In this paper,the factors affecting the vibration accuracy of the main rotary roller are analyzed comprehensively,and the technical requirements are given.
