摘　　要：基于近5年广西地区普通胶合板质量监督抽查数据,全面分析广西普通胶合板的质量情况,为广西胶合板质量控制和产业发展提供参考。190家单位生产或销售的442批次的普通胶合板质量检测结果显示,广西地区普通胶合板的质量保持在较高水平,近5年普通胶合板的整体合格率为95.0%;产品以Ⅲ类胶合板为主(占比93.7%),其整体合格率(95.7%)高于Ⅱ类胶合板(85.7%);甲醛释放量控制水平明显提高,2020年和2023年甲醛释放量平均值明显低于2019年,达到E0级(≤0.050 mg/m^(3))水平。According to the survey of plywood for generarl use in Guangxi over the past 5 years,a comprehensive analysis of the quality of plywood for generarl use in the region was conducted,to provide reference for the quality control and industrial development of plywood for generarl use in this area.The quality test results of 442 batches of plywood for generarl use produced or sold by 190 units showed that:the quality of plywood for generarl use in Guangxi region remained at a high level,and the overall pass rate of plywood for generarl use in the past 5 years was 95.0%;the main products was Class III plywood(93.7%),and the overall pass rate(95.7%)was higher than Class II plywood(85.7%).The level of formaldehyde emission control had been significantly improved,and the average formaldehyde emission in 2020 and 2023 were significantly lower than that in 2019,reaching the level of E0(≤0.050 mg/m^(3)).
