南阳市新型农民培训满意度调查

摘　　要：采用问卷调查的方法,分析了参与培训者对南阳市新型农民培训的满意度。研究结果显示,参与培训者对培训整体满意,但在培训时间、教学内容和培训解疑方面,还存在一些不满。此研究可为南阳市制定农民培训计划提供参考及建议。By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzed the satisfaction of participants in the training of new farmers in Nanyang City.The results showed that participants were satisfied with the training on the whole,but there were still some dissatisfaction with the training time,teaching content and training doubt solving.This study can provide reference and suggestion for Nanyang City to develop farmer training plan.
