摘  要:为进一步做好研究性教学工作,一方面结合粮食仓储行业“碳中和”目标的实现,创新地将能源桩技术首次应用于粮仓结构,设计了一种粮仓能源桩绿色储粮系统;另一方面,针对粮仓能源桩绿色储粮系统教学难点,从外观应用、技术科普及信息反馈3个方面,采用3D打印技术设计配套科普教具,利用科普教具直观演绎粮仓系统组成、能量传递机理等,给予学生不同的教学体验,使学生在学习基础知识点的同时,开拓视野,提高创新思维。In order to do a good job in research teaching,on the one hand,combined with the realization of the goal of"carbon neutrality"in the grain storage industry,the energy pile technology was innovatively applied to the grain silo structure for the first time,and a green grain storage system was designed.On the other hand,in view of the teaching difficulties of the green grain storage system of grain silo energy pile,3D printing technology is used to design supporting teaching aids for popular science from three aspects of appearance application and technology popularization information feedback,and teaching aids for popular science are used to intuitively interpret the composition of the grain silo system and energy transfer mechanism,so as to give students different teaching experiences and broaden their horizons while learning basic knowledge points.Improve innovative thinking.
