脑电生物反馈治疗仪结合八段锦运动疗法对精神分裂症患者睡眠影响观察

摘　　要：目的:评价对精神分裂症患者予以脑电生物反馈治疗仪结合八段锦运动疗法,对其睡眠质量的积极影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年11月莆田市涵江区精神病医院收治的精神分裂症患者62例作为研究对象,按照基础资料匹配性原则分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予脑电生物反馈治疗仪常规治疗,观察组联合八段锦运动疗法。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗效果比对照组高,症状改善幅度更为显著,睡眠质量更高(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者实施治疗,建议采纳脑电生物反馈治疗仪结合八段锦运动疗法方案,可整体提高临床疗效并有效改善患者的睡眠质量。Objective:To evaluate the positive impact of EEG biofeedback therapy combined with Baduanjin exercise therapy on sleep quality in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 62 schizophrenic patients admitted to Hanjiang District Psychiatric Hospital of Putian City from October 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of basic data matching,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment with EEG biofeedback therapy equipment,while the observation group received a combination of Baduanjin exercise therapy.Results:After treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the symptom improvement was more significant,and the sleep quality was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of schizophrenia patients,it is recommended to adopt the EEG biofeedback therapy device combined with the Eight Section Brocade exercise therapy scheme,which can improve the overall clinical efficacy and effectively improve the patient′s sleep quality.
