摘　　要：目的:探究构建智能交互式护理信息支持系统对乳腺癌患者护理期间生命质量、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年8月福建医科大学附属第一医院甲状腺乳腺外科经临床综合检查确诊为乳腺癌患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组以常规护理为基础构建智能交互式护理信息支持系统,比较2组患者睡眠质量、生命质量、自我管理效能。结果:观察组患者理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表(RCSQ)各项指标高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生命质量量表(QOLLTI-F)各项指标高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组自我管理效能症状管理以及疾病共性管理评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者在护理期间构建智能交互式护理信息支持系统能够提高患者生命质量、睡眠质量、自我管理效能。Objective:To explore the impact of building an intelligent interactive nursing information support system on the quality of life and sleep of patients with breast cancer during nursing.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,72 patients with breast cancer who were confirmed by clinical comprehensive examination in the Thyroid and Breast Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the treatment group constructed an intelligent interactive nursing information support system based on routine nursing care.The sleep quality,quality of life,and self-management efficiency of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The various indicators of the Richards Campbell Sleep Scale(RCSQ)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scale(QOLLTI-F)of patients in the treatment group showed higher indicators than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the self-management efficacy symptom management and disease commonality management scores and total scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The construction of intelligent interactive nursing information support system for breast cancer patients during nursing has a high effect,which can improve the quality of life,sleep quality and self-management efficiency of patients.
