优质护理和家庭协同护理对PICU患儿睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析在PICU患儿睡眠质量的改善上应用优质护理和家庭协同护理的效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月莆田市儿童医院收治且入住儿童重症监护室(PICU)的患儿100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理和家庭协同护理,对比2组患儿护理前后的睡眠结构和睡眠质量。结果:护理前,2组患儿睡眠结构比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患儿各项睡眠结构更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组患儿睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组各项睡眠质量更好,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理和家庭协同护理可改善PICU患儿的睡眠质量,调整睡眠结构,利于睡眠平稳健康,可为机体的活动和抵御疾病提供良好的身体基础,利于患儿尽早转归。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing combined with family collaborative nursing in improving the sleep quality of children with PICU.Methods:From March 2021 to March 2023,100 children who were admitted to the PICU(Children′s Intensive Care Unit)of Putian Children′s Hospital during this period were selected as the experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a table randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care combined with family collaborative care.The sleep structure and quality of the two groups of children before and after nursing were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep structure between the two groups of children(P>0.05),while after nursing,the observation group had better sleep structures in all aspects,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups of children(P>0.05),while after nursing,the observation group had better sleep quality in all aspects,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing combined with family collaborative nursing can improve the sleep quality of children with PICU,adjust sleep structure,promote stable and healthy sleep,provide a good physical foundation for body activity and disease resistance,and facilitate early recovery of children.
