摘　　要：目的:探究采取舌癌切除及游离股外侧皮瓣行舌再造术患者围术期护理对睡眠质量及饮食障碍的影响。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年6月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院口腔科择期舌癌切除及游离股外侧皮瓣行舌再造术患者78例,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。比较2组干预后口腔健康状态、睡眠质量及饮食障碍恢复率。结果:观察组口腔健康状态评分、各项睡眠质量测定、饮食障碍恢复率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舌癌切除及游离股外侧皮瓣行舌再造术患者加强围术期护理干预有利于改善饮食障碍及口腔健康状态,提高患者睡眠质量,值得借鉴推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing care on patients undergoing tongue cancer resection and free lateral femoral skin flap for tongue reconstruction,and to evaluate the impact on their sleep quality and dietary disorders.Methods:A total of 78 patients who underwent tongue cancer resection and free lateral femoral skin flap for tongue reconstruction surgery at the Stomatology Department of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Compare the oral health status,sleep quality,and recovery rate of dietary disorders between two groups after intervention.Results:The oral health status score,various sleep quality measurements,and recovery rate of dietary disorders in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening perioperative nursing intervention for patients undergoing tongue cancer resection and free lateral thigh flap tongue reconstruction surgery is beneficial for improving dietary disorders and oral health status,and improving patient sleep quality.It is worth learning and promoting.
