摘 要:目的分析MRI、乳腺钼靶X线摄影(MG)应用于早期乳腺癌中的诊断效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月本溪市中心医院收治的42例乳腺良性病变患者作为对照组,将同期收治的58例乳腺癌患者作为观察组。所有患者均行MRI、MG检查,以病理检查为金标准,比较两组病理诊断情况与影像学特征,比较MRI、MG的诊断效能。结果两组最大信号强度值(SLmax)、强化峰值(PH)比较差异无统计学意义;观察组最大线性斜率比值(SlopeR)、最大线性斜率(Slope)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌MG影像学表现以肿块、肿块伴钙化、单纯钙化等为主。100例患者病理检查共检出105个病灶,其中恶性病灶58个,良性病灶47个;MG共检出恶性病灶54个,良性病灶51个;MRI共检出恶性病灶55个,良性病灶50个。MRI的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于MG,而漏诊率、误诊率低于MG,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对疑似早期乳腺癌患者实施MRI准确率更高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyse the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance imaging and mammography with molybdenum target in early breast cancer.Methods 42 patients with benign breast lesions in Benxi Central Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were included in the control group,and 58 patients with breast cancer in the same period were included in the observation group.All patients underwent MRI and MG,took the pathological examination as the gold standard,the pathological diagnosis and imaging features were compared between the two groups,the diag-nostic efficacy of MRI and MG were compared.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in maximum signal strength value(SLmax)and intensification peak(PH);the maximum linear slope ratio(SlopeR)and maximum linear slope(Slope)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MG imaging findings of breast cancer were mainly mass,mass with calcification and calcification alone.A total of 105 lesions were detected by pathological examination in 100 patients,includ-ing 58 malignant lesions and 47 benign lesions;there were 54 malignant lesions and 51 benign lesions detected by MG,there were 55 malignant le-sions and 50 benign lesions were detected by MRI.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were higher than those of MG,while the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were lower than those of MG,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI is more accurate in patients with suspected early breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
