有温度的大学理念下大学体育育人价值与路径探索

摘　　要：建设有温度的大学是高校坚持以师生为中心的具体体现,也是推动我国高等教育高质量发展的必由之路。将建设有温度的大学理念融入体育育人工作中,有助于让体育育人回归教育本真,遵循学生成长规律、落实立德树人根本任务。以北京联合大学为例,从体育课程、体育课堂、校园体育文化、体育服务、体育教师队伍5个维度,系统阐述在大学体育育人工作中如何践行有温度的大学理念。Building a university promoting well-rounded development of the person is a concrete manifestation of universities adhering to the student-centered approach,and it is also an inevitable path to promote the high-quality development of higher education in China.Integrating the concept of building a university promoting well-rounded development of the person into sports education can help bring sports education back to its true nature,follow the laws of student growth,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talents.Taking Beijing Union University as an example,the thesis systematically introduces the exploration and practice of implementing humanistic care in university sports education from five dimensions:the curriculum,innovative teaching,lively campus sports culture,available sports services,and a team of professional physical education teachers.
