摘  要:基于吉利JLE-4G18TDB型1.8T汽油机,利用台架和光学三维轮廓测量仪对缸内直喷汽油机的积碳过程和喷油嘴积碳特征进行了探索,从积碳加速剂、长期燃油脉宽修正系数(LTFT)、汽油机循环工况3个方面着手,实现了接近实际道路情况的快速积碳,在汽油机不停机的状态下掌握了喷油嘴积碳情况,结合光学手段对喷油嘴积碳特征进行表征,在喷油嘴表面积碳不被破坏的情况下得到了积碳前后喷油嘴的体积数据、三维图像及积碳体积分布图,对燃油清净剂和燃油清净增效剂的评价起到了重要作用。Based on the Geely JLE-4G18TDB 1.8T gasoline engine bench and optical three-dimensional profile measuring instrument,it explores the rapid carbon accumulation process and nozzle carbon deposition characterization of in-cylinder direct injection gasoline engines.The fuel pulse width correction coefficient realizes the rapid carbon accumulation close to the actual road conditions,grasps the carbon deposition situation of the nozzle without stopping the engine,and combines the optical method to characterize the carbon deposition characteristics of the nozzle.In the case of damage,the volume data,three-dimensional images and volume distribution of carbon deposits of fuel injectors before and after carbon deposits were obtained,which played an important role in the evaluation of gasoline detergents and detergent synergists.
