摘 要:文章针对高职院校服装设计与工艺制板师方向的应届毕业生就业难的问题,剖析了该专业课程体系及其所培养的人才技能与企业需求的差距,并提出相应的解决方案。将目前课程体系中独立的两门数智课程——服装CAD课程和服装3D虚拟设计课程进行拆分,重构并融入所有工艺制板核心课程中。在两门技术的加持下,提高学生的作业效率,增加学生的训练数量,同时要求学生利用服装3D虚拟技术对所训练的作品进行验证、评估和修正,不断提高学生的精准制板能力和经验,并将这种模式一直贯穿整个培养阶段,旨在改变以往学生的制板能力偏理论的状况,培养会熟练应用数智技术、能精准设计服装样板的专业人才。Focusing on the employment difficulties for fresh graduates in the field of clothing design and process plate making in vocational colleges,this work analyzes the curriculum system of this major and the gap between the talent skills the needs of enterprises.A corresponding solution has been proposed,that is,splitting the two independent digital intelligence courses of Clothing CAD course and Clothing 3D Virtual Design course,and reconstructing and integrating them into all core courses of process plate making.With the support of two technologies,students are required to improve their homework efficiency and increase their training quantity.At the same time,students are required to use clothing 3D virtual technology to verify,evaluate,and correct the trained works,continuously improving their precision plate making ability and experience.This model runs through the entire training stage until students enter enterprises,aiming to change the previous situation where students tend to focus on theoretical modeling skills,and cultivate professional talents who can proficiently apply mathematical and intelligent techniques and accurately design clothing samples.
