摘 要:为提升造纸企业在纸张磨浆打浆度方面的控制能力,提升生活用纸生产质量,从某造纸企业当前所使用的DCS系统中提取了纸张磨浆生产工艺原始数据,并通过GBDT算法对原始工艺数据进行处理,并在运算过程中不断调整算法参数。为验证GBDT算法的有效性和相关参数的合理性,通过该算法对纸张磨浆打浆度进行预测,发现该算法在解释方差、平均绝对误差、选择均方误差等指标方面均体现出了较为理想的准确度水平,且运算所需时间大幅度低于常规支持向量机,可有效提升车间现场管理人员对纸张磨浆打浆度的控制能力,具有一定的应用价值。In order to improve the control ability of paper refining and refining degree of papermaking enterprises and improve the production quality of household paper,the original data of paper refining production process was extracted from the DCS system currently used by a papermaking enterprise,and the original process data were processed by the GBDT algorithm,and the algorithm parameters were continuously adjusted in the calculation process.In order to verify the effectiveness of the GBDT algorithm and the rationality of related parameters,the algorithm is used to predict the degree of paper refining and beating,and it is found that the algorithm reflects a relatively ideal accuracy level in terms of interpreting variance,mean absolute error,selection mean square error and other indicators,and the time required for operation is much lower than that of the conventional support vector machine,which can effectively improve the control ability of the workshop site management personnel to control the degree of paper refining and beating,and has certain application value.
