摘 要:创新是企业培育和提升能力的重要手段。当前,制造企业如何通过产品技术创新与服务创新提升其服务化能力是业界和学界共同关注的热点问题。在此过程中,制造企业常常需要平衡技术、服务的探索与利用活动,以响应短期生存压力并追求长期卓越发展。对此现实难题,现有研究尚未给出较好回答。基于双元创新视角,采用案例研究方法,探讨了后发制造企业服务化转型过程中的双元创新战略,揭示了企业服务化能力提升的内在机制。结果发现,后发制造企业服务化转型过程中,存在4种双元创新战略,构成了“技术/服务—探索/利用”两维度2×2创新矩阵。并且基于企业感知到技术/服务创新环境变化的时机不同,形成“双利用创新—服务杠杆创新或技术杠杆创新—双探索创新”差异化双元创新路径,通过技术或服务同领域间断双元平衡,技术和服务跨领域结构双元平衡,推动企业服务化能力提升。Innovation is an important means to cultivate and enhance enterprise capability.At present,how to enhance the servitization capability of manufacturing enterprises through product technology innovation and service innovation is a hot issue concerned by the industry and academia.In this process,manufacturing enterprises often need to balance the exploration and exploitation of technologies and services to respond to short-term survival pressure and pursue long-term outstanding development.In particular,for a large number of late-developing manufacturing enterprises,the lack of key technical capabilities and insufficient product support in the early stage of service transformation,how to effectively manage technology innovation and service innovation activities,and promote the joint improvement of enterprise technical capabilities and service capabilities,this question has become more important.However,the existing research has not given a good answer to this practical problem.This paper takes the ambidextrous innovation theory as the perspective and adopts the case study method to discuss the ambidextrous innovation strategy in the service-oriented transformation process of China's late-developing manufacturing enterprises,and reveals the internal mechanism of enterprise servitization capability improvement.Findings:There are four innovation matching patterns in the process of servitization transformation of China's late-developing manufacturing enterprises,which constitute a two-dimension 2*2 innovation matrix of"technology/service--exploration/exploitation".And based on the different times when enterprises perceive the dynamic changes in the technology/service innovation environment,a differentiated servitization innovation path of"Double exploitative innovation-Service leverage innovation or Technology leverage innovation-Double exploratory innovation"is formed to achieve the discontinuous ambidextrous balance of technology or service in the same field and the cross-domain Structural ambidextrous balance of tec
