摘　　要：目的:为了强化医用试剂在采购供应、临床使用消耗等环节的管理,预见、防范控制各环节中可能出现的不规范行为。方法:在构建医用试剂成本监测体系时,本文结合对比分析和案例分析法。通过对比不同时间节点的成本数据,监测体系构建前后成本差异。同时,通过案例分析深化对监测体系的理解,验证其可行性和有效性。这一综合方法确保了成本监测体系的全面性和实用性,有助于医疗机构实现成本的精准管控,提升整个行业的成本管理水平。结果:通过对比监测体系构建前后医用试剂成本数据,发现医用试剂成本监测体系的有效性。结论:通过构建医用试剂成本监测体系能够实现医用试剂资质、供应链及库存成本的精细化监测与管理,控制医用试剂成本支出,有效控制了成本支出,旨在推进医疗机构可持续发展。Objective to strengthen the management of medical reagent consumables in procurement,supply,clinical use,and consumption,and to anticipate and prevent possible irregularities in various links.Methods When constructing a cost monitoring system for medical reagent consumables,this article combines comparative analysis and case analysis methods.By comparing cost data from different medical institutions and time periods,the cost differences before and after the construction of the monitoring system are monitored.At the same time,taking Shanghai Dermatology Hospital as the research object,through case analysis,the understanding of the monitoring system is deepened,and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified.This comprehensive methodology ensures the comprehensiveness and practicality of the cost monitoring system,which helps medical institutions achieve accurate cost control and improve the cost management level of the entire industry.Results By comparing the cost data of medical reagent consumables before and after the construction of the monitoring system,it is found that the effectiveness of the cost monitoring system for medical reagent consumables is achieved.Conclusion By constructing a cost monitoring system for medical reagent consumables,it is possible to achieve refined monitoring and management of the qualifications,supply chain,and inventory costs of medical reagent consumables,control the cost expenditure of medical reagent consumables,effectively control the cost expenditure,aiming to promote the sustainable development of medical institutions.
