摘 要:为优化上部排风罩对于某酸性镀铜车间中排放污染物(以硫酸酸雾为例)扩散的影响效果,通过ICEM软件构建简化后的车间模型导入FLUENT求解器,在排风罩无作用情况时,对硫酸酸雾的自由扩散进行模拟,得出酸性镀铜车间产生酸雾的各部分中,酸雾发散程度大小排序为:电镀槽、除油槽、酸浸槽、微蚀槽。以排风罩的排风量、数量、扩张角、法兰边的4个影响硫酸酸雾扩散效率的基本因子作为基础因素,设计正交试验后,在排风罩作用的情况下进行模拟,通过极差分析确定影响因素的主次顺序,得出排风罩四因素的最优设置。In order to optimize the effect of the upper exhaust hood on the diffusion of sulfuric acid mist in an acid copper plating workshop,a simplified workshop model was constructed by ICEM software and imported into FLUENT solver.When the exhaust hood had no effect,the free diffusion of sulfuric acid mist was simulated.It was concluded that among the various parts of acid mist produced in the acid copper plating workshop,the degree of acid mist dispersion was ordered as follows:Electroplating tank,degreasing tank,acid dip tank,micro-etching tank.The four basic factors affecting the diffusion efficiency of sulfuric acid mist,including exhaust volume,quantity,expansion Angle and flange edge of exhaust hood,were taken as the basic factors.After the orthogonal test was designed,the main and secondary order of influencing factors were simulated under the influence of exhaust hood,and the optimal setting of four factors of exhaust hood was obtained through range analysis.
