摘　　要：在新工科背景之下,大力提升机械设计制造及其自动化专业教师能力是一项重要的任务,既可以保障机械设计制造及其自动化专业教育的有序进行,同样也可以打造一支专业素质优良、专业能力过硬的高水平教师队伍,确保机械设计制造及其自动化专业教育各环节的有序进行,为机械设计制造领域发展输送持续性的优质人才。因此,本研究旨在探索新工科视域下机械设计制造及其自动化专业教师能力提升的建议,提高企业参与校企合作的积极性,为区域经济的发展提供高质量的人才支撑和技术支持。Under the background of new engineering,it is an important task to vigorously improve the ability of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation teachers,which can not only ensure the orderly progress of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional education,but also build a high-level teacher team with excellent professional quality and excellent professional ability,so as to ensure the orderly progress of all aspects of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional education,and provide sustainable high-quality talents for the development of mechanical design and manufacturing field.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the suggestions for improving the ability of teachers of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation from the perspective of new engineering,improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,and provide high-quality talent support and technical support for the development of regional economy.
