摘　　要：IMD产品在制造过程中出现的常见不良现象与IMD油墨和PET片材有密切的关联,文章详细分析了印刷、成型、注塑、检测4个阶段中因油墨和片材问题产生的不良原因,并给出了解决方案。The common defects that occur during the manufacturing process of IMD products are closely related to IMD ink and PET sheets.This article provides a detailed analysis of the causes of defects caused by ink and sheet problems in the four stages of printing,molding,injection molding,and testing,and provides solutions.
