摘 要:国际竞争注重品质竞争力,打造公司产品质量优势,满足客户质量需求,稳固客户资源,公司才能实现长远发展。本研究以GRDC公司为例,分析厨具行业公司质量管理存在质量管理制度体系及标准缺乏,质量管理监督、激励约束机制缺失,员工技能水平及质量管理能力低,质量管理流程存在漏洞,质量管理方法落后等问题,以全面质量管理理论为基础,建设适应性质量管理模型,提出质量管理制度体系及标准建设、激励约束机制建设、员工技能水平和质量管理能力提高,质量管理流程改进与先进质量管理方法引进的质量管理优化措施,以提升厨具行业公司质量竞争力,推动行业高质量发展。International competition focuses on quality competitiveness,to build the company’s product quality advantage,to meet the quality needs of customers,solid customer resources,the company can realize long-term development.This study takes GRDC as an example,analyzes the quality management of the kitchenware industry company’s quality management system and the lack of standards,quality management supervision,incentives and constraints mechanism is missing,the staff skill level and quality management ability is low,there are loopholes in the quality management process,quality management methods are backward and other problems,based on the theory of total quality management,construction of adaptive quality management model,put forward the quality management system and standards construction,incentives and constraints mechanism construction,staff skill level and quality management ability,quality management process improvement,the quality management system and standards construction to enhance the quality competitiveness of kitchenware industry companies and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
