中药超声雾化、睑板腺按摩联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究中药超声雾化、睑板腺按摩联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)性干眼的效果。方法分析性研究。抽取2021年4月至2022年4月郑州市中医院收治的MGD性干眼患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组采用基础药物玻璃酸钠滴眼液及妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药超声雾化与睑板腺按摩治疗,且减少妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏应用时长。对比两组疗效、睑板腺功能评分、睑板腺分泌物性状评分、睑板开口评分及不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率(91.11%,41/45)高于对照组(71.11%,32/45),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组OSDI评分、睑板腺功能评分、睑板腺分泌物性状评分、睑板开口评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.44%,2/45)低于对照组(20.00%,9/45),P<0.05。结论中药超声雾化、睑板腺按摩联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗MGD性干眼效果显著,能促进睑板腺功能恢复正常,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine microwave nebulization,meibomian gland massage combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)dry eyes.Methods A total of 90 patients with MGD dry eye treated in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected for the analytical study.And they were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with the sodium hyaluronate eye drops and dexamethasone eye ointment.The study group was treated by meibomian gland massage with traditional Chinese medicine microwave nebulization based on the treatment of the control group,with gradual decrease in application time of tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment.The therapeutic effect,meibomian gland function score,meibomian gland secretion trait score,meibomian opening score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(91.11%,41/45)was higher than that of the control group(71.11%,32/45),P<0.05.After treatment,the OSDI score,meibomian gland function score,meibomian gland secretion trait score,meibomian opening score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group(4.44%,2/45)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%,9/45),P<0.05.Conclusions Meibomian gland massage with traditional Chinese medicine microwave nebulization combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment is effective in the treatment of MGD dry eye,which can promote meibomian gland function to return to normal,with good treatment safety.
