摘  要:近年来,新奥法施工已成为公路、铁路工程项目施工的重要工艺。为更好解决隧道工程施工时掌子面临空面较而带来的复杂工程问题,安全高效高质地架设初支钢拱架,如何构思设计加工适用于公路隧道施工的钢拱架顶升装置来施工值得去探索实践。文中通过勐省隧道工程实践总结一种钢拱架顶升工艺方法,该工艺减少掌子面立架作业人员数量,在节省施工时间的同时保证了钢拱架安装质量,为隧道工程的施工带来全方位品质提升,做到了安全、高效隧道初支,为类似隧道工程施工提供一定借鉴。In recent years,the use of new Austrian Method has become an important technology in the construction of highway and railway projects.The complex engineering problems caused by the high air face of the tunnel con-struction should be solved.Erecting the initial steel arch safely and efficiently,as well as conceiving,designing,and processing the steel arch jacking device suitable for highway tunnel construction is worth exploring and practicing.A steel arch jacking process method is summarized through the tunnel engineering practice in Mengprovince,which re-duces the number of palm face erection personnel,saves construction time,and ensures the installation quality of steel arch,bringing all-round quality improvement to the construction of tunnel engineering.It achieves safe and ef-ficient tunnel initial support,which provides certain reference for similar tunnel construction.
